Previous Challenges
Gosport and Fareham Multi Academy Trust were looking for a cost-effective, unobtrusive solution that would allow them to monitor students' Chromebooks.
Previous or alternative solutions struggled to cope with the volume of devices that we needed to manage, didn't provide an intuitive interface to the user for managing students via Google Classroom groups, and worked inconsistently across different platforms.
Senso, the Perfect Solution
We needed something that would not slow down the Chromebooks but allow teachers to share screens and monitor their use and also provide us tools to safeguard students.
The solutions needed to work across our trust of five schools and work on students' own devices and school devices. Working with the Getech team they were able to help us identify Senso as the perfect solution for our environment.
A Solution that Worked
With the support of Getech and after testing several solutions, Senso offered a solution that worked and several options that allowed us to build a package to fully meet the needs of our Trust.
Working with Getech, Roger and the team supported both trials and implementation, keen to ensure the solution was correct before we fully committed.
Senso addressed our needs, making it possible to view and monitor all of our devices through a consistent interface that was neither too complex nor too abbreviated for intuitive use for both everyday teaching and administrator requirements. We are currently investigating Senso's built-in CPOMS integration that is also not available on competitor products.
